Overview
The LPR & Announcement System is a desktop application built with C# to enhance vehicle access management in schools, condominiums, offices, and gated communities. Integrated with Dahua ANPR cameras, the system automatically captures and logs license plates into a MySQL database. It features real-time text-to-speech (TTS) announcements to alert security staff or residents of vehicle entry and exit events. The system ensures seamless monitoring of vehicle movement, reduces manual workload for security teams, and improves overall site security by providing both visual and audio confirmation of entries.
