The Vehicle Registration System (VRS) is a desktop application tailored for condominiums, offices, and secure facilities to streamline vehicle entry and exit management. Built using C# WinForms and integrated with Hikvision ANPR cameras, the system automatically captures license plate numbers and logs vehicle movement in real time. Security staff can monitor live video feeds directly from the application, while all vehicle activity is securely stored in a MySQL database for reporting and auditing. The solution enhances gate security, reduces manual entry errors, and ensures accurate visitor and resident vehicle tracking.
